General Product Warranty Kochek Company LLC warrants the original purchase of its products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. • Fire Service & Waterworks products: 5 years • Valves, Hoses & Nozzles: 1 year • Valve fittings and Hose couplings: 5 years • Irrigation Products: 1 year • Irrigation fittings and couplings: 5 years Kochek Company LLC’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or credit (at our option). This warranty is intended to cover defects in manufacturing and does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, wear, unauthorized repair, improper assembly or lack of or improper maintenance. The sole purpose of this warranty is to provide the buyer with the EXCLUSIVE remedy of free repair, replacement or credit for the defective parts in the manner provided herein. This exclusive remedy shall not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as the seller is willing and able to repair, replace or provide credit for the defective component properly upon receipt from you. Simply return the defective component, with proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect. Purchaser will bear the expense of shipping or delivering the returned component to our factory. Kochek Com pany LLC will bear the cost of returning any repaired or replaced items. The purchaser needs to call 860.963.3377 , or visit https://www.kochek.com/rga-rma-request-form/ in order to obtain an RMA prior to returning the product. The RMA must be marked clearly on the outside of the package being returned. EXCLUSIONS: This warranty shall be IN LIEU of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of MERCHANT ABILITY or fitness of purpose. NO OTHER REMEDY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR DAMAGE WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL SHALL BE AVAILABLE. This warranty contains the entire warranty. It is the sole warranty. Any other agreements or represen tations, whether oral or written, are either merged herein or expressly cancelled. Kochek Company LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any person supposing to act on its behalf, to change nor to assume for it, any warranty or liability concerning its product.
